Video: Gilbert Davila at 2011 ANA Conference

2011 ANA Multicultural and Diversity Conference was chaired by Gilbert Dávila where he talks about the increase in the commitment from corporate America to target Multicultural markets. Gilbert makes it clear that it’s time to lend credence to the fact that multicultural strategies should lead strategic efforts across departments in corporate America. There should be no glass ceilings for multicultural marketing executives because there is not cap in the growth of these markets today and in the future. Companies who choose to ignore multicultural markets through their marketing efforts are in essence ignoring 1/3 of the US population.
